I was overweight in high school, but lost over 75 pounds during my first year in college to reach my ideal body weight. I realized after reviewing photos of myself over the span of my 31 years of life, that I've constantly been a Former Fat Chick; I'd lose significant amounts of weight, only to regain it again months or years later. Some of the reasons for my weight fluctuations have been due to stress, depression, poor dieting, and oversized portion sizes. I've reached my weight goals before, and WILL do it again... this time FOR GOOD.
This is my diary, and I am once again on the journey to (PERMANENTLY) becoming a FORMER FAT CHICK.
